Compared with similar products at home and abroad, under the same dosage, this kind of product can increase the melt strength of PVC materials by 20-30% 

The main application areas of these products are as follows: 

1. Used for the production of low density, high surface finish of thick PVC foam board and wood plastic foam products. 

2. As a common processing assistant used to produce opaque PVC hard products, but the dosage is less than other common type of processing assistant 20-30%.

Application:

The above production is recommended for the production of PVC foam board 

Recommended dosage: Add 7-12 servings per 100 kg PVC tree powder. 

The above products can also be reduced to produce non-transparent PVC hard products, such as PVC profile,PVC pipe,PVC wall hanging plate, etc., recommended dosage: 0.5-0.8 kg per 100 kg PVC tree powder
