Our company research and development of impact modifiers for acrylic ester is SMD-50 with core-shell structure acrylic polymer, its main function is used to improve the impact strength of PVC products and weather ability, as it is mainly used to produce impact modifiers against blunt and weather ability have higher requirements of PVC products, such as PVC, PVC fence, PVC wall hanging plate and other products. 

SMD-50 is a new generation of acrylic ester impact modifier of our company. Compared with other acrylic ester impact modifiers, our SMD-50 has higher impact strength, because our SMD-50 products have higher adhesive content, and our SMD-50 products have good fluidity and do not cak after long-term storage.

Application:

SMD-50 is recommended for the production of PVC door and window profiles, PVC doors, PVC guardrail and other PVC outdoor products. 

Recommended dosage: 4.0-6.0 kg per 100 kg PVC tree powder (specific product specific treatment).

Packing:

25kg/bag PP outer bag lined with PE inner bag 

The product should be stored in a cool, dry environment 

The validity period of the product is tentatively set as 2 years, after the expiration of the validity period, the product can continue to be used after passing the test.
