Products introduction：

SM-1900 products are produced by one-step polymerization, and the performance is higher than that of PBAT national standard (GB/T-32366-2015), and similar to the product indicators of common PBAT manufacturers in the market. SM-2900 can reduce the acid value to 5-10mol/t through special production process on the basis of one-step method, and improve the tensile strength and elongation at break. The performance index is similar to that of imported PBAT. The product can effectively improve the length of blown film per ton of raw materials (can increase the yield by more than 20%).

Product performance:

Good thermal stability, high elongation at break, high tensile strength, excellent mechanical properties, good processing, and excellent biodegradability. It is a good substitute for traditional plastics (PET, PP, PS, etc.)

Application:

According to the different requirements of raw material formulation of different degradable plastic products, after systematic research and development test, a series of modified special materials in different application fields are introduced, respectively applied to plastic film, shopping bag, disposable takeaway packaging, express packaging and other fields.
